Application forms
In order to complete your registration, you have to provide the Awarding Body with:
- A clear copy of your identification card or passport
- The candidate application form
- Proof of payment
- For language schools: Language School Application Form
- For Individual Candidates: Individual Candidate Application Form
- For candidates with special needs and/or learning disabilities:Special Considerations Application Form
- English language examinations with remote supervision (Teleproctoring): Teleproctoring Application Form
There is the option to register candidates online (only for Learning Centres and Teachers) via the platform https://my.dgroup.edu.gr/.
In case of late entry registrations, there is an extra charge of 15€ and the candidates can register 12 days before the date of the exam at the latest.
Fast Track Results: There is the possibility of results’ release within 3 working days from the receipt of the exam material with an additional cost of €100. Registration should be done promptly, at least 3 weeks before the exam date, and in consultation with the examination department to confirm availability, as it concerns a limited number of candidates.
Candidates with Special Needs or Learning Disabilities
For candidates with Special Needs and/or Learning Disabilities a medical report translated in English is required. The medical report must be provided by a Public Hospital or Insurance Body. In case of dyslexia, medical reports from Pavlidis Dyslexia Centre are accepted.
In case of dyslexia, candidates must additionally present two (2) recent writing samples.
Caution: Registration should be completed 2 months before the examination date.

The examination fees are paid in advance. The bank receipt must include the candidate’s FULL NAME. Should the owner of a Foreign Language Centre make a group deposit, the name or the code of the centre (UGR………) as well as the number of candidates and the levels they will be examined on must be written on the receipt.

Examination Centres
Our awarding body is capable of creating examination centres throughout Greece, should there be a sufficient number of candidates (over 15). In the case where an examination centre cannot be formed, the candidate will be moved to the nearest one.
