The exams take place nine (9) times per year, on dates set by the certification body.

Candidates with learning disabilities and/or special needs can participate in the examination process, after presenting a medical report, translated in English. In case of dyslexia, candidates must additionally present two (2) recent writing samples. Registration should be completed 2 months before the examination date.

*The medical report must be provided by a Public Hospital or Insurance Body. In case of dyslexia, medical reports from Pavlidis Dyslexia Center are accepted.

If a candidate cannot be present at the Examination Centre on the date and time of the examination, they will have to present the Certification Body with an Absentee Justification Form, identification documents and a Public Hospital health report verifying the cause of their absence. Documents from bodies such as IKA, TEVE, OAEE, EOPPY etc. are also accepted. After checking their validity, will inform the candidate electronically about its’ decision and the actions to be followed in order to submit a new application form to participate in the next examination period. In any case, the exam fees are not refunded but only transferred.

Examination results are available 4 weeks after the examination date and upon receipt of the exam material, and they are announced via e-mail.

Fast Track Results: There is the possibility of results’ release within 3 working days from the receipt of the exam material with an additional cost of €100. Registration should be done promptly, at least 3 weeks before the exam date, and in consultation with the examination department to confirm availability, as it concerns a limited number of candidates.

 

A Success Certificate is provided by request of the Foreign Language School or the Independent candidate and is sent to the appointed email address. This certificate can be used for any legal use until the official certificate is issued.

If a candidate seeks to have their exam papers rescored, then they should present the Certification Body with a Rescoring Request Form, identification documents and a bank receipt with “RESCORING- CANDIDATE’S FIRST AND LAST NAME”  within 14 days of the result announcement date. The rescoring fee is 50€ and it must be deposited on the following Bank Account:

The rescoring result is announced to the candidate via e-mail.

The Certificates are sent to the Foreign Language Centres and Independent Candidates free of charge via courier, a month after the announcement of the results.

In case you would like to have an official document provided by our awarding body, please, send us an email at ocn@ucert.gr attaching a copy of your identification document and of your certificate. 

If a candidate seeks to have their certificate translated and validated, they should send us an email at ocn@ucert.gr with a copy of their identification document, certificate and bank deposit attached to it. The cost of the validation is 10€ and 20€ for the translation respectively and it must be deposited on the following Bank Account:

If, for any reason, a certificate is lost, then it can be reissued upon request and by presenting the Certification Body with the Certificate Replacement Request Form, identification documents and a bank receipt with “REISSUE-CANDIDATE’S FIRST AND LAST NAME” written on the justification section. The reissue fee is 75€ and it must be deposited on the following Bank Account:

  • If a candidate detects any mistake on their participation form after it is mailed to them and before the date of the examination, then they should phone or email the Certification Body and request for its correction.
  • If a candidate detects any mistake on their participation form on the date of the examination, then they should inform the examination room’s Invigilator who will then inform the Certification Body.
  • If a candidate detects any mistake on their Certificate, then, upon request, the certificate is reissued after presenting the Certification Body with a Certificate Replacement Request Form, identification documents and a bank receipt with “REISSUE- CANDIDATE’S FIRST AND LAST NAME” written on the justification section. The reissue fee is 75€ and it must be deposited on the following Bank Account:
