Instructions for Reissuing the Certificate
in case of loss or change of personal information

For reissuing your certificate follow the steps below:

  1. Fill in the Certificate Replacement Request Form
  2. Deposit 75€ in the following bank account:
  3. NATIONAL BANK account:
    IBAN: GR6301100800000008000981400
    Beneficiary: UCERT 
  4. Attach a copy of your identification document (ID card or Passport)
  5. Send the old certificate to the Certification Body to be destroyed, in case of reissuing due to change of personal information.

All the above should be sent via email at or by post to the address: Akadimias 98-100, 106 77, Athens

The new certificate is sent after approximately one month.
